Yes, we deal with a lot of customers from all over the globe. We only ship with insured, and internationally known and experienced couriers.
What quality guarantee do you offer on your work ?
We place a lot of emphasis on our products and only use AAA grade materials in the making of our designs, repairs and modifications. In the unlikely event of a defect slipping through the cracks, we offer a 5 year manufacturing/ workmanship guarantee on all our products. (Normal wear and tear excluded)
As with any valuable object, all jewellery needs to be inspected regularly to ensure prongs and fittings for instance, do not wear too thin, which could cause stones to fall out and clasps to become unsecure.
How are we assured that we will receive exactly what we order remotely from outside of South Africa?
Communication and state of the art computer software is key in this topic. We require an exact description of the item needed (as far as possible), Once we have a clear and precise brief the magic starts. We will present you with a 3 dimensional image from various angles, and keep tweaking until we dazzle your mind with a design that meets your expectations and which is perfect for you, or a loved one, if it is a gift. Only once we reach this point do we apply the design to reality.
